AI Use Terms

Responsible AI requires clear data boundaries, meaningful human review and realistic expectations about outputs.

Scope

These terms supplement service terms for AI-assisted engineering, testing, research, automation and customer solutions. Agreed project restrictions take precedence.

Human accountability

AI can assist delivery but does not replace professional responsibility. Review and test material outputs before relying on them.

Customer information

Supply data only when you have the necessary rights. Agree confidentiality, retention, training and processing restrictions before connecting AI tools.

Acceptable use

Do not use AI services for unlawful activity, deception, rights infringement, unauthorized security bypass or prohibited discrimination.

Limitations and high-impact decisions

Outputs may be inaccurate, biased, outdated or non-unique. Decisions affecting health, credit, employment, safety or legal rights require appropriate controls and meaningful oversight.

Third-party models and ownership

Provider behavior, availability and licensing can change. Rights and responsibilities for inputs, outputs and custom deliverables are defined by relevant licenses and project agreements. Discuss concerns with partner@fixsolutions.com.
