These website terms sit alongside the written agreements governing individual FIX Solutions engagements.
Using this website
Use the website lawfully, provide accurate information and respect others’ rights. Do not interfere with security, introduce malicious content or misuse credentials.
Project scope and payment
Deliverables, milestones, acceptance, fees, taxes and support obligations belong in the applicable written agreement. That agreement takes precedence for its engagement.
Intellectual property
Existing tools, trademarks and reusable materials remain subject to their ownership and licenses. Custom deliverable ownership is defined by the project agreement.
Confidentiality
Protect information shared for an agreed purpose. Additional data and security responsibilities may be documented in an NDA or DPA.
Availability and liability
Website information is provided as available. Warranties, remedies and liability limits depend on the signed agreement and mandatory law.
Changes and questions
Terms may be updated as services evolve. Vietnam law applies unless an applicable signed agreement provides otherwise. Contact partner@fixsolutions.com for clarification.
